\u00c0 partir des exp\u00e9riences r\u00e9alis\u00e9es avec le Cadre d\u2019orientation pour la formation, l\u2019accueil et l\u2019\u00e9ducation de la petite enfance, la Commission suisse pour l\u2019UNESCO et le R\u00e9seau d\u2019accueil extrafamilial placent les conditions actuelles de l\u2019accueil extrafamilial sous les feux des projecteurs et formulent quatre objectifs \u00e0 l\u2019intention des acteurs politiques, \u00e9conomiques et administratifs :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. QUALIT\u00c9 : reconna\u00eetre la valeur et le potentiel \u00e0 tirer de prestations de haute qualit\u00e9 destin\u00e9es aux tout-petits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. RECONNAISSANCE : offrir aux professionnels de la petite enfance la reconnaissance qu\u2019ils m\u00e9ritent et des conditions de travail ad\u00e9quates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. ALL\u00c8GEMENT DE LA CHARGE FINANCI\u00c8RE : r\u00e9duire la charge assum\u00e9e par les parents gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un engagement financier plus important et garanti de la part de l\u2019\u00c9tat et de l\u2019\u00e9conomie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. POLITIQUE DE LA PETITE ENFANCE : r\u00e9partir clairement les comp\u00e9tences entre communes, cantons et Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration pour une \u00abpolitique de la petite enfance\u00bb efficace.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
